- Occupancy Status
- How occupancy/vacancy was verified
- Property condition documenting anything in neighborhood that could affect value
- Property Characteristics (Building and Roof Type, Color, Number of Stories, Garage)
- Visible Damages and Estimate of Damages
- Estimated Property Value
- Sale Information if applicable
